Continuity of Governmental Operations Certificate
The Norwich University Continuity of Governmental Operations Certificate prepares governmental officials at the local, state, and federal level to develop, implement, and maintain Continuity of Operations programs at their agencies.
This FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) developed certification program will allow you to take your continuity of operations planning to the next level:
- Complete the certificate in as few as six-months
- Books and materials will be mailed directly to you
- Four start dates per year
- Small class sizes focused on experiential learning
- Option to enroll in credit or non-credit courses
- No residency requirement
- Learn from instructors that are prominent in their fields
- Participate in Norwich's active alumni network
- There are four start dates per year; March, June, September and December

Norwich University also offers a Master of Science in Business Continuity Management degree that may leverage your existing experience and could serve as a gateway into the profession for those new to the field.
